Studio Policies

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to get settled into the studio.

  2. Please leave cell phones outside of the studio space tucked safely in your belongings.

  3. Class reservations may be cancelled up to 6 hours prior to (most) classes without penalty. As of January 28th 2019, all Thrive Pilates classes beginning at 6:30am and 8:30am will have a 10 hour cancellation policy. Specialty classes such as pop up classes and workshops have a 12 to 24 hour cancellation policy. Having a Studio Membership or Monthly Unlimited package enables you to have ONE late cancel in a 1 month period. Any late cancel or no show classes, after the first class will result in a $10 charge per class. This is assessed manually once per calendar month. We ask that when you cannot make it to class, you consider your fellow classmates and cancel your reservation so that someone on the waitlist can take class.
