integrative, loving, energetic, playful, inspiring
What inspired you to become a yoga teacher?
I decided to become a yoga teacher after experiencing the life changing impact that my yoga practice had on my life. Practicing yoga on our mats offers us endless opportunities to develop essential life skills, from cultivating self love to facilitating powerful spiritual and physical breakthroughs. Teaching yoga has not only deepened my own practice, but has also given me the privilege and honor to share my training and knowledge with others.
What makes your class unique?
My classes integrate my foundational training in Baptiste Power Yoga with my professional knowledge and expertise as a school psychologist, behavior specialist, and mindfulness researcher. My classes are always based on the psychology of flow- in other words, practicing for the practice, not the outcome!
What's your favorite thing about teaching at PPYThrive?

My journey over the past five years with PPYThrive has led to lifelong friendships and support systems, and I couldn't be more grateful!
