In this workshop we will relieve sore and tight muscles, while also building strength and stability. Utilizing the foam roller to compliment your Pilates/fitness practice, we will open muscles and connective tissue. This hands-on practice is designed to stretch, tone and increase mobility.
Theresa will bring you through a unique sequence that centers around functional fitness, with a prop that can be used anywhere! She will give you the necessary tools to effectively roll both inside and outside of the classroom.
