Retreat to Bliss: Yoga, Pilates, meditation & more!


Escape with us to Jake's Treasure Beach, an environment that promotes health and wellbeing in paradise! Picture yoga on the beach, Pilates in a studio overlooking the ocean and meditating to the sound of the waves. We will indulge in fresh, nourishing, sustainable & local food, explore the beautiful surroundings and relax by the pool.
During the retreat, we will focus on rebooting the body and mind through physical movement and mental exercise. When we're not getting our sweat on, there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the island with pre-planned excursions, or just lounge on the beach in between meals.
