How to Stay Grounded & Sane in Wintertime: Seasonal Health Tips for Winter Anxiety and Depression

Winter is the time of rest and replenishment, according to the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, but winter tends to be the season of burnout, seasonal depression, and restlessness in our culture.

During this workshop, we will explore seasonal health tips, self-care practices, and meditation practices to help you settle into the stillness and calm of winter so that you don’t feel as anxious or depleted.

 We will also explore how to gracefully transition from the heaviness of winter into the activity of spring so that you can spring forth with all of your abundance intact as you prepare for another year of your life.

 This event explores seasonal energetics and how to stay healthy throughout the shifting seasons of each year.

 Monica Fauble, MA, M.Ac., L.Ac., Dipl. Ac., is a Licensed Acupuncturist who sees patients in Rittenhouse Square at the Medical Tower Building and in West Philly at Studio 34 Yoga.
